Get introduced to the BNEN Interuniversity programme in Nuclear Engineering!

With the sixth edition of the 'Yes-I-Do event' the Belgian Nuclear higher Education Network (BNEN) wants to promote its master programme in nuclear engineering. Master students and young professionals with an interest in nuclear engineering are welcome at an introduction session to the BNEN programme.

Programme

13:00h | Introduction to the BNEN programme
Short presentation by Prof. Pierre-Etienne Labeau and testimonials of BNEN students and graduates.

14:30h | Technical visit: The MYRRHA project
Presentation of the MYRRHA project and guided visit to the laboratories with experimental mock-ups in preparation of the construction of the facility.

17:00h | Food, drinks & networking
Interact with BNEN students, graduates and colleagues of the BNS (Belgian Nuclear Society) and BNS-YG (BNS-Young Generation).
Visit the booth of BNEN. 

Participants are welcome to stay for the presentations and award ceremonies of the SCK•CEN best thesis award, and the BNS-NIRAS/ONDRAF and BNS scientific contest, from 18.00h until 20.00h. This is followed by a closing reception.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory before November 19, 2018 via http://academy.sckcen.be.
For participants travelling by train, transport from Mol station to SCK•CEN can be provided.
